It’s a random Wednesday night, I have work in the morning, and somehow I’ve decided that means it’s time for another story. Welcome back to the weeknight ramblings!
I’ve come down with a little cold, which always seems to happen when the seasons start changing. Allergies definitely aren’t helping. But we did get some good news earlier this week: my roommates, friends, and I snagged rooms at the main hotel for Midwest FurFest 2026! We’re vending this year, so keep an eye out for Bark Side Shop in the 18+ dealers den at MFF!
Work has been picking up, which is always good. I’m calling it job security. Outside of that, I’ve been gaming with the roommates more and chipping away at little side projects for Bark Side and the website. There’s always something to work on.
Maximillion and I have also been talking more each day and recording new podcast episodes. Keep listening, and if you’re able to donate, we appreciate the support! We’re always looking to pick up new equipment and keep the content coming. Also, keep an ear out for October: we’re doing The Witching Hour, a series covering all things spooky, witchy, and paranormal. Perfect for the season.
As always, I’m on the lookout for new music. I’ve been listening to a lot of Miley lately, and “Bass Persuades” has been getting plenty of play. Love that song—very dancey! If you have any pop, EDM, or just plain fun music recommendations, send them my way.
Anyway, I’ve got work in the morning, so I should probably head to bed. I hope everyone has a wonderful rest of the week and an even better weekend. If you’re going to Furry Take Over in North Carolina, I’ll be there with the crew. Hit me up—let’s hang out!
